 Per Tracy:

We don't need to provide hard copies of the meeting notes and can send them to Archana in advance via email. However, after talking with her, it occurred to me that the January 10, 2023 Notes won't be sufficient because the information reflected is now outdated. Archana informed me that the minutes need to clearly state the following:

Names and titles of new officers

That access or signing privileges to the CS checking account is included as part of their roles/responsibilities There is no limit to the number of signatories to the account provided their names/titles/responsibilities are provided to the account
