Steps to completion
- While completing your courses for the Communication Studies AA-T degree meet with
a Communication Studies full-time faculty member to discuss course options. Begin this process as early as possible to ensure that you meet the necessary requirements.
- After completing all of the requirements listed in the table above, visit the Transfer Planning page for specific instructions on applying for the A.A.-T. degree.
Degree Requirements
Things to keep in mind:
- You must complete all courses with a grade of "C" or higher
- Courses marked with (H) may be offered as an Honors course, but either will fulfill the requirements for
an AA-T Degree
- Students under the minimum units for the major will need to complete six courses instead of five from section II.
