Title: Homecoming Planning Updates 

Presenter: Ridhi Sharma, Leo Chao, Arnav Junday

• Arnav and Leo explained about what Events Committee does in general 
• Arnav and Leo explained that Homecoming is coming up on November 6th. He explained about what the Events Committee is going to do during Homecoming, and gave a brief introduction about what the interns are going to do for Homecoming.

• Ridhi explained about the intern requirements
• Ridhi explained about the new system points for the interns , which is going to be a system that helps with lead intern selection
• Intern project = Interns will work in groups and talk about the game ideas that they want to have during Homecoming dance. Interns should think about engagement and activities. 
• Ridhi also presented the rubric and the requirements that is needed to make the games during Homecoming.

• Everyone played “Guess the Number” game, where the prospective interns and the senators went around the room and asked questions to others in order to guess the numbers on their foreheads.
