Advisor Announcements- Hyon Chu: Thank you for your support with the Homecoming Dance and the Football social. Thank you to the Finance Committee for funding the $10,000 request.

Description: This item is to discuss and possibly approve up to $6,000 in funding for the Guided Pathways Villages Anniversary Celebration. Guided Pathway Villages will be celebrating the first anniversary of its opening in February. The plan is to host an event in each of the villages with food, celebratory activities, and possible entertainment.
- Hyon Chu and Patty Guitron presented the item.
- Goal is to have students know about the the GP Village Pathways and have food and prizes at each of the 6 different locations. Co-Coordinator, Kim Palmore, could not attend due to a village pathway event (film night).
- Hyon Chu: The idea is to create a pathway for students to ensure that they have a very smooth onboarding process and a smooth exit process.
- Izat R asked if there are any other sources of funding that will be available if not utilizing DASG funding.
- Patty G mentioned that there are pending requests for funding outside of DASG.
- Kate W moved to approve the $6,000 in funding from special allocations for the guided Pathways Anniversary Celebration.
- Seconded by Nicholas T; no objections.
