Business Item #1 -Resource Fair Reflection

    Feedback from interns:

    • Music might be a good idea (The hub’s fair used loud music to attract students)
Tables might have a hard time hearing (when conversing w/ students) due to music

    Personal Reflections:

    • Galliea, liked the way the event ran and the setup was good, but wants better logistics for the prep of the event
    • Ella, wants more prep and time to plan the event more thoroughly
    • Aidai, wants to communicate better and plan out the logistics of the passports better and tabling resources.
    • Megumi, better volunteer organization, more space to table and more efficiency with the organization of resource fair

    Personal Feedback:

    Last minute communication

    • Better communication on event details
    • Better volunteer set-up and prep
    • Feedback from the resources that are tabling
    • Hot beverages for winter
    • Assemble the items earlier
    • Preparations done earlier
    • Better volunteer schedule and organizing
    • Good feedback on Goodie bags instead of food
    • Better table decor: tablecloth, balloons, A Frames, Signs, Marketing, etc.
    • Buy new stamps for bingo
    • Marketing the event better and working on a better time
    • Weather: The Farmers' Almanac 2026–2027 Winter Weather Forecast calls for a season of sharp regional contrasts driven by an active El Niño pattern and quick-moving cold systems.
